• Staff Training & Professional Development

I provide engaging, research-based training sessions for educators, school staff, and service providers. Topics include preventing challenging behavior, trauma-informed practices, classroom supports, paraprofessional training and neurodiversity-affirming strategies. I customize all sessions to meet the unique needs and goals of your team.

These sessions are designed to support staff at all levels. As a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider, training sessions qualify for continuing education units (CEUs) for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

  • Education Advocacy & Caregiver Support

I advocate alongside parents and caregivers to navigate the IEP process with clarity and confidence—whether that means preparing for meetings, attending as your advocate, or helping you communicate your child’s needs effectively. In addition, I offer individualized parent support, providing practical, strengths-based strategies you can use at home if desired. My goal is to equip families with the tools and advocacy they need to ensure their child thrives at school and beyond.

  • School-Based Services

I collaborate with educators and school teams to support student success through direct observation, consultation, hands-on strategy development, and professional supervision. I offer behavior consultation, classroom support, practical recommendations, and supervision for RBTs, BCaBAs, and future BCBAs, all aligned with school goals and individual student needs. Services can be delivered virtually, in person, or through a hybrid model. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
