Who I am.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience supporting children across educational, clinical, and home settings. With a foundation in early childhood special education and applied behavior analysis, I specialize in preventative, naturalistic approaches that promote communication, self-advocacy, and prosocial development.

My work is rooted in a family-centered, child-centered philosophy. I am passionate about equipping caregivers and educators with practical, respectful, and neurodiversity-affirming tools. My expertise includes incidental teaching, peer-mediated interventions, and coaching within inclusive environments. I am also highly skilled in navigating the special education process, including evaluations, IEP development, and fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Beyond my professional work, I am a proud parent of three young children. I actively advocate for education legislation that advances equitable and inclusive services for all children. This deep commitment to advocacy and family guides my work as I support families and educators in building positive, connected relationships that foster lasting success for every child.

I stay connected to research and advocacy through professional affiliations and invite you to explore my Curriculum Vitae for a full overview of my work.
